TIMING

Experience has shown us that the prime time to seed is in late August to Mid-October.

USING QUALITY SEEDS

Our blends of grass seeds were chosen by us on the basis of research done by the leading universities in North Carolina. We have selected blends for different use categories from turf-type Tall Fescues for home lawns to Rye Grasses for over seeding sport fields.

SUPERIOR TECHNIQUE

Our renovation is accomplished by using a machine called an "AERA-VATOR".  This aera-vator is power driven and works by first inserting a spike into the soil then vibrating until the soil is shattered.

Our renovation includes going over your lawn two times with this outstanding machine then over-seeding with your choice of seeds.
